I'm going to take this time to tell you that you sicken me. First of all you "resign" because you're feeling bad over your father's loss which is understandable. However what I've just now heard and have read for myself has just brought my opinion of you to a new low.
First of all, I don't know what kind of school of thought you've come from but to insult all your writers is a big mistake. Labeling them as Prima Donnas is really unfair and underhanded. To even have the gall to do so is a big insult to the community and friendly atmosphere that ALL OF US have built up.
Secondly, this little tidbit:

Who do you think you are? If you "resigned" as moderator then the incoming moderator has the choice to wether or not keep your shitty character and Duncan together. You gave up power and then lost faith for someone else to take SP in a new and possibly better direction. The statement alone says that you don't trust anyone else and that we're all beneath you. Hardly the traits of a just and fair moderator.
{And since you could never get behind the concept of "my game....my rules"....I really doubt you "know where I'm coming from". So spare me the platitudes. }
Bitchiest statement EVER. It's obvious you have no regard to the players here, it's either your way or the highway if they don't accept your ideas. Candy, you're not a moderator, you're a selfish dictator with delusions of grandeur.
After all the drama you created with Robin and Sarah I was on the fence and decided to take a break to think things through, however your attitude and your opinions towards everyone who aren't you just speak clearly. I can say with all honesty that you deserve to lose every remaining player here because you're simply not a good person and you have no concept about fair and just roleplay.
So with all this said, and with NOT much of a heavy heart, I tender MY resignation from this biased game and it's dinosaur of a "moderator." You're a horrible person Candy and I pity you. You're a monster and you don't deserve any moderator power at all.
And if you can't guess, I included the juiciest parts of Carole's email.
